Buy products made in Alberta. Build a circular economy and keep the money here.
Clean up garbage, in both your own and public spaces. The government isn’t your mother; you don’t need to be told to keep tidy.
Use cash whenever possible. Less tracking and less centralized control over your money.
Go out, be visible. Meet and gather in public places. Visit parks. Walk down sidewalks. Drive quad trails. Say hello and shake hands. If we want to keep our land we must occupy it and exercise our freedom to be out in it, together.
Medium Difficulty
Switch from national banks to Alberta banks or credit unions.
Minimize usage of federal institutions and services such as Canada Post. Use private couriers or digital options whenever possible.
Post on social media, but don’t consume. Flood the internet with freedom content but don’t doomscroll. Spend the time doing other, better things.
Switch to decentralized, ideally end-to-end encrypted communications. Nostr and Matrix are both excellent for this.
Hardest
Stop using CAD, switch to Bitcoin. It’s the only money governments can’t centrally control or make more of through infinite borrowing.
Homeschool your children, and use non-government curriculum.
